Let's cut the BS... I hate drops BUT
Doubs in 2025 led the team with 55 rec, 724 yards, 13.26 ypc, 6 td.... next guy was Josh Jacobs with 36 (Not another WR) though Watson had 35.
In 2024 Doubs caught 46 passes, 601 yards, 13.70 YPC 8 TD.
Did he have drops ? Yes, every damn WR, including the ones left, have that issue on this team, so please spare that excuse.
You lost 50 catches per yr, 600 yards at roughly 13.00 per catch, on offense that left; yes, thats not something to scoff at.
It came down to $$$, not drops, not lack of production $$. If the WR struggles continue without the WR we lost, then they screwed up.
Not a fan of resigning Watson with his injury history, if it works out, I'll eat crow but you can ask
@Budman with that many knee injuries, he is a high % guy to have another one.
