Bill is a better announcer than Tom."I'm sure those Rookie Quarterbacks learned a lot yesterday..
The big takeaway for me was the lack of overall production in the passing game..
Almost half the league threw for less than 175 yards" ~ Bill Belichick
There's a running joke about the US, that whatever the government declares "war on" only gets worse the more attention the government pays to it. So the war on drugs has resulted in more drugs, same for war on poverty, terror etc."I'm sure those Rookie Quarterbacks learned a lot yesterday..

until we kick their tails again and Williams stinks it up blah blah..... 20 year song and dance.Despite the Packers and Bears not playing each other week 1 and the Bears getting a come from behind win vs Tenn the Bears fans were chanting Green Bay sucks leaving the stadium on Sunday. Green Bay clearly living rent free in Bears fans heads.
They hurt the offense with the new formation rules and OL blocking rules. This is all on them and THE NFLPA BS safer crap.... water down the game some more...at some point this will bite themThere's a running joke about the US, that whatever the government declares "war on" only gets worse the more attention the government pays to it. The NFL seems to have the same issue brewing. All the attempts to create more offense only seems to makes offenses worse. I wonder if, by changing the rules to favor offenses, they've reduced the incentive for offensive players to learn certain skills which allow them to actually generate offense consistently, or similarly, if the rule changes have actually incentivized defenses to develop successful skills and strategies that otherwise would take a back seat to physical contact.
