Issue with Ted was he drafted guys who he thought could play football and they might have not been a fit for the scheme but that was for MM and his staff to figure out.

Ted (and staff's) model and eval worked really well ultimately on the OL. Not sure if you could replicate it today but they were clearly ahead of the league on some of that stuff, drafting multiple All pros and pro bowlers in the 4th round or later was not normal.

Rashan Gary trade will be for a 2027 4th round pick from Dallas. That is great value for a guy who was one foot out the door.

Wooden and Gary gone, DL/DE due for a major overhaul and fast, unless Gute decides to go into this year with no corners AND no DL

We had better offensive line coaching.

They moved him around too much and he was always banged up. Should've just left him at LG his whole career
