Packers 2026/27 Season Thread

Brian Baldinger just said on TV that Malik Willis was great because when Jordan Love went down the offense didn't miss a beat, and I'm tearing my hair out. Like bro, that offense rebooted in SAFE mode when Love went down.
Don't worry it will become reality in terms of who Willis is about 7 games into the season. Watch that same crowd dump him like a hot potato.

yes, but he played well within those limitations. and he showed he could adlib a little. so if his new oc can draw up a similar "safe mode" offense for him, he might be okay. maybe willis made copies of the safe mode playbook. the problem will be if they think they're getting another jordan love, because he certainly isn't that.

Gregg Rosenthal said on TV today that he thinks Malik Willis is better than Lamar Jackson. It's all just a little over the top, and I think a lot of the same people hyped him up to the moon during his draft before he fell three rounds. People never get over their priors.
