Talks between the #Packers and #Cowboys ramped up this morning. Sources say new Green Bay Packers President Ed Policy was “pounding the table” to land Micah Parsons. A franchise-altering move with GM Brian Gutekunst driving the push.

One guy doesn’t make up for a bad secondary and a poor OL.

That being said he’s instantly the best player on defense the Packers have. Now that’s he got his payday will he live up to the hype?
 
Explains why they kept both Brinson and Stackhouse.

Makes me a little concerned about their interior run defense. Say what you want about Clark getting older, but of Clark, Wyatt, Brooks, Wooden, Brinson, and Stackhouse, I think Clark was clearly the best interior run defender they had.

Sacks aren't everything.
 
If the Packers decide not to resign Walker would it make sense to have Parsons play snaps at weak side backer next year?
 
So per reports Jerry and his son talked to Parsons on a contract. Jerry thought they agreed to a deal. Parsons said he wanted to bring in his agent. Jerry got pissed and broke off talks. Last week Parsons and his agent went to Jerry to try to talk again. Jerry told Parsons to play on the 5th year or leave.

Jerry ego is destroying that team.
