If Jordan Love had a season like this people would be saying that the Pack did it again, another franchise QB on the horizon.
If Jordan Love is a 25 TD 15 INT QB I would call him an average starter nothign special.

I can't see Seattle giving up a high pick (2nd-3rd) unless Cleveland eats like 12-13 million of that salary.
Supply and demand. And Drew Lock & Geno Smith are your alternatives.

Rodgers’ first year starting he went 28TDs 13 INT. The year GB won the super bowl Rodgers threw 28TDs and 11 INT. You have to allow them room to settle and grow, two things that Baker wasn’t allowed to do in Cleveland.

Then basically 80% of NFL QB’’s are nothing special just average starters. Once Brady and Rodgers exit you have Burrow, Allen, Jackson, Mahomes and Stafford. That’s 5 out of 32

Do agree you only have about 5-10 QBs who are in the elite to above average

Also not worth overpaying for a QB when your not a playoff team no matter what
And so just be mediocre with Lock. The idea is to upgrade the position and have a shot at the playoffs
