Packers Approach to Free Agency

Is kind of funny how Lang before FA said he hoped to stay in GB because his kids were born here and how they and himself considered this home. But now it sounds like GB was never home just a temporary stay for a job.
He may have very well meant it. But when there is that much of a gap in contract value, that factor is not enough to offset that much money

Losing Lang isn't a real big deal especially, like others mention, the amount of guaranteed money for the 30+ year old injured player. It is a Detroit deal all the way.
It is very telling that TJ gave the interview and said what he did. He 'hopefully' won't be missed. Seems like they can't stop taking shots at TT on their way out. Sorry if I lack empathy for guys who are slighted or offended because they were only offered millions instead of tens of millions. It really is starting to make it easy to do 'other' stuff on Sundays and just dvr the game to watch at my convenience.
Anyway....it just makes it clearer that it is TTs time to go. His theories, style and SOP have faded in effectiveness.
Bye Ted.
