So Jones says he doesn't care if Arod was back or not he would have signed. All of GB top WR skipped OTA...

Looks like the locker room may already be divided..
Well St. Brown was working out with Love early this off-season. I think the WR's outside of Adams was listening to the NFLPA saying hold out of OTA's outside of Adams I don't think any of them had any workout money tied to attending. Adams was the only one who did he gave up 500K by skipping the OTA's.

It’s a team game. I get that argument but it rings hollow. The organization neglected issues especially on defense, player evaluation was at best suspect and 12 masked so many flaws.

Sure, it's a team game and there is some FO blame in there, but every team has flaws and areas that don't get addressed as well as fans think they should. The fact remains that in both of the cases I cited, the team as constructed, including #12, was good enough to win the NFC Championship. Had the on-field performance on game day been just a bit better, especially against Seattle, you would have been in a Super Bowl.

It doesn't matter at that point if #12 masked flaws or not. The loss to the 49ers revealed a clear personnel deficiency but the other 2 recent losses were not due being overwhelmed from a talent perspective but rather due to mental errors by individual players on the field, including #12. The players and coaches bear the majority of blame in both cases.

I somewhat disagree on the Tampa loss. The FO both neglected opportunities to fix the defense and / or made some horrible evaluation decisions. We have zero DL depth, CB sans Alexander is a mess and we all know about the missing link at ILB. Less we forget on the scheme the DC employed, why is King even in straight man coverage at the end of the half.

Don't disagree completely with any of that, but as you yourself point out, if the DC / King don't screw up at the end of the first half (and AJones doesn't fumble the at the opening of the second half) that is a very winnable game. Neither of those two things can be blamed on the FO. I have plenty of issues with the FO, but in the end simple on the field mistakes likely cost you two Super Bowl appearances.

Very well said and the point about the players and Coaches, on the field is very well taken. The Packers were close. They had enough talent. I don't think it was all Rodgers, covering up blemishes that took then that far. Great points 57.

ihope people actually take ten minutes out of their life to listen to this.
