Soak 1 tablespoon or so of chia seeds in a big glass of water (12-16oz) for about an hr or so, add the juice of half a lemon as well. Stir it up and drink it down. The seeds will remind you of frog spawn but it will fix your problem. Chia seeds are net zero carbs because they have so much fiber. Nutritious as hell, good omegas etcso far it's working![]()
