I know there is no gimmee games in the NFL. "Any given Sunday". I understand that premise but what I'm getting at is that we need to take an honest look at the upcoming schedule. I'm asking, in all honesty, what's the forecast for the rest of the season?

What once looked like a favorable schedule may just have reared it's ugly head. This season could go south fast. No gimmee but shouldn't the Titans and Bears be as close to the gimmee as possible? After that, it's a toss up.

The second half of this schedule could be a problem. I think 5-3 is about the best they can do, unless they find their old drive to win. That, in my opinion, is unlikely.

I don't see any gimmees right now. None. Not with these players so seemingly off-balance.

I think 5-3 is about the best they can do, unless they find their old drive to win.

5-3 would be a 'win' for me right now. Hopefully, I'm dead wrong and they all get their sh** together. Not something I'd bet on, though.

The Titans aren't that bad. If the team signs that Squirrel that ran around the end zone we might stand a chance.

5-3 is probably the best possible result right now. The problem is the looming road games against the 'Skins and Eagles which just seem like they will both be losses right now. Heck, even the Titans on the road are not to be taken for granted. Add in the high probability of a home loss to the Seahawks and 5-3 seems like the high water mark. The thing is, this team is losing even when highly favored so I actually think 4-4 is more likely. Not sure it will matter either way - I'm not sure even 9-7 will get you into the playoffs unless everyone tanks to the point where 9-7 wins the division. Of course, with how this team is playing, it probably won't matter. They just aren't good enough to make a deep playoff run.

Who the hell knows.. This team is not focused, motivated, or consistent. Pack could go 5-3 or 3-5 rest of the year.

Agree CD, who knows what you are going to get. This team has nothing to hang it's hat on.

Early on you thought the defense might carry them to some wins, but then they give up 30+ two weeks in a row, and more disturbingly, in each game they give up late 4th quarter drives when the result is still on the line.

Gotta be honest, I see 2-3 wins the rest of the way. Next week against the Titans, home against Houston and (gut feeling) home against MN. Please prove me wrong, Packers. Do not see 5 wins out of the next 8 at all.

I have lost all enthusiasm for the rest of the season. Every week it's will they show up or won't they. I thought they had something when MM got a little creative without a RB but last nite it seemed to me that since they had Jackson they went back to the old game plan that doesn't work anymore. bh(

I have no idea how many games we will win. If they keep playing like this they could lose quite a few.

I said it at the beginning of the season and I will say it again.

8-8

We will go 4-4 the rest of the way.

I see us losing to the Redskins and Eagles away, losing to Seattle at home, and then a toss up between the Vikings and Lions. If we lose to the Titans next week which I can completely see happening, this team could go 7-9.

The only thing that is working on offense is the o-line and they are now starting to get injured. Defense can't get it done in crunch time (nothing has changed) and we have a shredded defensive backfield.

Playoffs? Playoffs? You are talking about playoffs! thumbsdown))
