I hear what you are saying, 4ever but St Brown is 6'4" and runs a 4.4. Not sure teams pass on that when he has shown ability in games.

Brown's been the most consistent of the rookies, plus he's got the size and physical skills. Btw Kumerow sprained his shoulder.

Kumerow had finally proven himself, then he does the end zone dive and injures himself. Talk about being self-destructive.

Brown's been the most consistent of the rookies

against the steelers, he was thrown to five times and caught one. sure that's pretty consistent. but not in a good way.

with 8 targets and 6 catches for 116 yards and a td in the first two preseason games, valdes-scantling has been the most consistent of the rookie receivers. kumerow (10 targets, 6 catches, 190 yards and 2 tds) is in second place in terms of consistency. brown has had 11 targets, 5 catches, 73 yards and no tds. moore has 9 targets and 3 catches for 27 yards.

now i will concede that this is in actual game play. i have no idea who is the most consistent in practice.

if it was my call the packers would keep adams, cobb, valdes-scantling, and kumerow for sure. allison has not been impressive. i would let these last two preseason games decide if we keep one or two more and who they would be. based on what we have seen up to this point, i would keep brown as the fifth receiver.

Will the Packers keep 6 receivers? Do they feel 5 is enough, because they now have a TE who can actually be viewed as a hybrid WR/TE?

Stay tuned to this station, as the drama of McCarthy's praise for guys who are going to get cut continues to mount, until the day "The Turk" shows up at someone's door, and says; "Pack your bags. You didn't make it kid."

Disagree he played awful in Pitt game dropped 2-3 passes were it hit him right in his hands. He has been running hot and cold on catching and dropping passes

Haven't posted in a while, but they are not going to cut Moore. He has tools, even more tools than Kumerow, ESB, MVS and Yancey. I think they'll keep 6 WR for sure and maybe 7 until RB Jones comes back. We will evaluate their play by mostly what the rookies have been doing in practice. The games represent too small of a sample to base those decisions on potential. Without ruffling too many feathers.....Kumerow has had a great camp, but he reminds me of McCaffery last year. Productive, but his ceiling has already been reached while the three rookies are just scratching the surface. I think Kumerow makes the 53, but is the guy released when Jones come back.

It's a tough call. TJ Lang was a 4th round pick who had some really good traits but lacked focus and commitment. He was a mess his first year or so. What if GB gave up on him right away? Corey Rodgers was also a 4th round pick with physical tools, but the team saw right away that he couldn't play, moved on, and he disappeared. Cutting Moore is a gamble, but at the same time, the league is flooded with WR prospects that are all similar. Moore is a mess right now, how can you justify carrying a guy on the 53 who can't help you? Even more so, how do you justify carrying a guy like that at the expense of a guy who cut his teeth, worked hard and earned an opportunity to contribute right now (all the things we hope Moore does some day)? I think there's a good enough chance they could get him to the PS.

If they cut Moore he doesn’t make it to the PS. He’s been getting open he just hasn’t been making catches. Cutting him would be a mistake imo

EQ has been the most consistent of the three rookies, imo. He started out slow, but has been ascending steadily, first time I saw him drop one was in this past game. They've been working him in the slot recently from what I've heard. They like his size and speed.
