That’s not going to change the narrative assuming the timeline was in place and both sides knew it.

What if Rodgers was ok with it but winning MVP made him think I can now use this to play to my advantage.

He was never OK with it, but he has a lot more juice now and is using it. I have no doubt about his grievances, but anyone who says a contract with GB is off the table IMO is off base.

I think 6 months ago money could have fixed it. I think it's beyond money at this point

It has always been personal and philosophical. He thought he could leave on his terms The only way was an extension and that was not on the table.

An extension is off for table IMO. Now how much they can stomach in a 1-2 year jump who knows but it’s not getting to “highest paid player “ area
