Oh, and I also read that Rodgers knew all about this and knew Adams probably wouldn't be back before he signed his contract.

Can't pass a physical man... Back injuries are tough to overcome. Now that we got cap room, make an offer to Zadarius.
Correct on he knew the timing is was in question though.Oh, and I also read that Rodgers knew all about this and knew Adams probably wouldn't be back before he signed his contract.
My oldest son told me about that last night HH.I heard/read that he and his family bought a house in LV weeks ago? And that it's next door to Carr?
Didn't Carr live next door to Gruden? Okay, did Adams buy Gruden's old house? Or is this all the product of a very active imagination(s)?
(I apologize for all the ????)
I'm willing to bet that Packers offered more but the Raiders gauranteed money was higher. No it wasn't done. Was in the works and then Raiders backed out until Thursday.
Also interesting was Packers offered Adams even more money then Raiders but has been his dream/wishes to play w Carr and the Raiders.
Actually a blessing in disguise. Yes it hurts in short term losing best WR in NFL. However, he's headed to wrong side of 30, has had injuries, and would have cost us more players and more cap hell in present and future.
Yes, we will all miss Davante Adams talent on the field, but I think we all know it's impossible to pay all your players with big contracts, whether deserved or not. we couldn't afford $28mill/year and as T said it could be interesting to see where his production is at the end of this contract. Highest paid non-QB . . . . wow.No it wasn't done. Was in the works and then Raiders backed out until Thursday.

I also wonder if yes he knew there were talks but believed by coming back Adams would choose GB over LV...Correct on he knew the timing is was in question though.
No the Pack offered more guaranteed moneyI'm willing to bet that Packers offered more but the Raiders gauranteed money was higher.
One could speculate that LV backed off because GB applied the franchise tag and LV would be guilty of tampering then.No it wasn't done. Was in the works and then Raiders backed out until Thursday.
