I think Janis and White round out the receiving core. White has some moves and Janis is a big, fast target who could replace some of what we lost in Nelson, if ready (it's going to have to be a platoon effort to near make up for the loss). Abbrederis didn't gain much separation with the bum knee. Probably for the best with the concussions too. He should retire. Pinkard should be on the practice squad if he clears.
Backman, I think Ted won't cut with how averse he's been to doing that to his rookie draftees in recent years. He's shown enough to avoid the axe, and ideally we'd have more than 2 TE's.
Ripkowski is the heir apparent to Kuhn - so he's in.
I think Neal makes it over Crockett. Neal showed more in the running game, and that's what we need more out of our 3rd RB. Our top 2 aren't exactly slouches in the passing game, where Crockett more made his mark this preseason. But he's another guy I think you try to clear and get onto your practice squad.
Thomas I thought showed real potential between being somewhat of a physical specimen, in addition to being fairly instinctual. We know they liked him last year pre-injury. So I think he stays. Bradford goes. Thomas arguably showed more in one game than Bradford in his whole time here.
Gunter's question was speed, but his range sure seems fine to me, and he can actually match up with big receivers. He stays. Goodson is cooked, and if it's at the expense of a special teamer in Banjo, you figure that part of the game out with the young talent available.
Elliott is just a playmaker, and shows skills at both rushing the QB and dropping into coverage. Easy inclusion to me, and he deserves the shot to move up the OLB pecking order and take over for Peppers and Perry in the near future.
Don't really pay attention to the O-Line much tbh.
