One of those game where the legs were tired and nothing really went right. The positive is the coaching staff can ride this team and coach them up a little. Humble medicine as my old coach used to call it.

You've been talking about that for weeks. Team is 7-2 and in first place in the North. One misstep isn't panic time.

Team was flat all around. Long road trips are tricky and having to play a Sunday night game forced everything to be off. Still they played with little effort today. Watch the video and learn from it. Move on.

Wipe out. Not even abandoning TV for the car radio helped.
The offense looked like a bad version of itself from earlier this year. When they sprung people open deep they didn't hit it. And the run game, while it worked, kept getting pushed aside by penalties and bad plays.
Defense was piss poor in all aspects.
About the only positive was Tremon Smith look at least functional as a return man.

Part of growing pain. ML has this team playing beyond it's talent level. Rush of the beginning of season is over. Now we see how they respond. Does this take the wind out of their sails? Can they mentally recover from the let down?
7-2 is beyond what many thought (me included) was possible.
Use it for motivation and move on.

I don't want them to collapse and piss away everything they worked so hard to accomplish.
This road stretch was always going to be the challenging part of the season. We're 1-1 after the first two games, right where we were expected to be.
But that on field performance was disturbing.
