Packers hiring Nathaniel Hackett as offensive coordinator

I'm cautiously optimistic. Has a varied background with plenty of experience. Hopefully he and Aaron can work together well. I think his experience in the West Coast offense will help both AR and ML in the transition to a new offense.

I find it interesting that the Packers picked up the Lazard kid from the JAX practice squad and now have Hackett as OC.

Probably means nothing, but Hackett knows more about this kid than just about anybody else in GB.

At 6-4/227, could Lazard be something that Hackett sees as an effective big-slot receiver?

He'd be a big target over the middle, and with that body he could absorb punishment. Could open up things on the outside?

Just a little day dreaming...................FCC( hope(

Hackett took a Blake Bortles led team to the AFCC game and beat Steelers along the way. That's an impressive feat.
