Quite honestly, many previous Packers are thriving elsewhere. So, it very well could be that where Thompson shit the bed wasn't player selection, but was not jettisoning the non-producing coaching staff that was not developing his draftees

Murph had the chance to relieve TT and restructure his power structure a couple years ago. He chose not too. Now he's the white night riding in and righting the wrongs? Murphy should have been fired with TT.
