Cheating the game should be punished harder than the other off the field issues. Pete Rose was banned for life for betting on baseball. No one ever proved he tanked a game to win a bet but he is still banned for life. Why? "Integrity of the game"

Has more to do with the ego of the commish who suspended him and subsequent commish's .... Rose was told he could apply for reinstatement if he admitted, yet they failed to tell him they had no plan to ever reinstate him... #integrity

But we can start a thread on that in Curly's if we want to argue that point.

The suspensions will be interesting to see. None of them are big names, so I'm not thinking they'll get much.
