We do agree on ML does need a better OC to do the grunt work and install the game plan for the week. Maybe ML takes a step back and there are talks of letting a new OC call plays.

I can't see it going that far but like Mark said in shout yesterday can see ML move Luke Getsy into the OC role and Adam S is offered his old role back as OL coach or he's free to look for a job elsewhere if he does not want to take the demotion.

Kraft is one of your heart and soul, blood and guts players. So is Parsons. That carries a lot of weight.

If you are not going to take play calling duties from ML who will get you get as OC? Plus ML likes relying on guys he knows so Getsy is his safe play.

Can anyone win with this amount of turnover and poor depth?

You're forgetting the OC in GB doesn't call plays. He and ML design the game plan and chop it up for each group to digest. Before he left our game plans flowed much better.
I think Getsy took a lot of things off MLF hands so he could be the HC.... Maybe that's all it needs on that side of the ball. Well, that an OL shakeup but you get my drift.

Tucker Kraft said it was a clean ACL surgery. Slight meniscus tear but they shaved it. A little LCL damage but didn't require any surgery. Just the patellar graft.

Wonder if Kraft is ready week one or another guy who misses at least 4 games on PUP.

When these guys get hurt they sort of disappear. Seeing him and listening, it's like a knife to the heart. Between him and Parsons I don't think I appreciated what we lost.
