He's genuine...thats why I thought he fit from day 1, really great guy, has spent his life around FB, not someone easily replaced.

Gute: at CB Carrington stepped in and did a great job. Nixon did a really really good job and was one of the leaders in pbus. Says no wholesale changes but did also state they need more depth at the position.

If he truly believes this he did not deserve his contract and should have been shown the door.

Bottom 5 ST every year Rich has been here. Valentine and Nixon are not CB or even CB2. If he does not feel we need more then "depth" he does not see the issues this team has.

i'm more concerned about his statement that he expects rashan gary to be back next year. we need that money in order to help fix the major personnel issues we have. that clown did absolutely nothing after parsons went down.
