I was wondering about that. Not to nerd out but this is basically a stadium size graphic. Soldier field is the smallest in the NFL.
They renovated about 15 years ago or so and removed over 10k seats, bring the total capacity to about 62k. One of the reasons they're looking to build a new one, it's just on the small side for a metro area like Chicago (Lambeau max capacity for comparison is 81k).I was wondering about that.
This looks to be based off all 17 games you divide by 8 otherwise GB would have had over 158K per game attend. The true figure is probably 77-78K pr game for GB home games and about 71K for away games. Not to nerd out but this is basically a stadium size graphic. Soldier field is the smallest in the NFL.
So this would be the attendance for both Home and away games. A second test would be average attendance vs stadium capacity, ie % filled per game. This looks to be based off all 17 games you divide by 8 otherwise GB would have had over 158K per game attend. The true figure is probably 77-78K pr game for GB home games and about 71K for away games.
Home game attendance. AFC had 9 home games this year so would have been 3rd in attendance this year. Not sure how Dallas had over 92K for each home game since they only had 8 games. Do they have like 10K standing room only fans for every game in addition to the regular seating fans.
Give it to Dallas fans 92K a game for a team that has not got pass the divisional round in 30 years.per ai:
AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, has a seating capacity of 80,000 for regular events. However, it can be expanded to accommodate over 100,000 people by adding standing room and utilizing open areas like the Party Pass sections behind the end zones. This makes it the largest stadium in the NFL by total capacity when including standing room.
