Packers 2025-26 Season Thread

A real quirk of the defense. I want to say this speaks to lack of depth or talent on the DL outside of Parsons, they just didn't have multiple guys get after the QB or opposing OL, they were always on the other side of getting worn down.

To a man - coaches and players, the Pack are all talk and no action. They are a bunch of weakt_t, all talk, but never walk the talk whiny b_tches. Most of the league knows this.

The players all support LaFleur and company. BUT, their actions - never being prepared, making mental mistakes, never fixing mistakes, and getting pushed around - show me they don't respect him and just like him because he's a 'nice guy' who never gets on their ass.

If these guys come back, it will be the same next year. LaFleur and company won't be able to 180 the way they run the team in Green Bay. The Packers players will simply do look at them like Sweetie looks at me when I say she's had enough treats, and then keep on doing their underperforming crap.

It is time to move on.

I do believe LaFleur is a bright football mind. Remember Bellicheck failed miserably in Cleveland, learned from it, and became the greatest. I'm fully aware LaFleur could mimic those results, and it will suck. BUT, it won't happen in Green Bay.

It is time to part ways

I kno

Despite coming to GB late and missing several games Parsons led the defense with 707 snaps or 63.1% of snaps played.

To me shows you how lazy Rashan Gary is that he got out snapped despite playing a full season. Gary played 653 snaps or 58.3% of the plays.
Wait, Micah missed 4 games and he played the most snaps? That's insane (GB needs more DL depth, they can't run him ragged).

gary is as good as gone and he knew it. that's why he disappeared towards the end of the season.

The incredible choking Packers

I get it, nobody likes this. Unfortunately, the truth hurts.

what kills me about this is nixon saying that next year the emphasis needs to be on finishing games. nixon is the guy who wouldn't even try to tackle the bears ball carrier before he crossed the goal line in the 4th quarter of the wildcard game. in his own way, nixon "finished" that game.

To be honest, he could be gone and I wouldn't mind at all. His stupid penalties at the most inopportune times, his lack of discipline and overall play makes him average. He had a couple nice kickoff returns and thrust into a starting CB role because of lack of talent at the position, and he gets in front of a microphone like he's the second coming of Revis Island.
