Both LVN and Quay were young, part time rotational players in college and it took both of them a couple seasons to mature into full time players and learn to be professionals at their positions IMO. Quay had to mature, period, we all remember him having multiple fights with sideline staff his rookie year. Quay I think actually turned a corner last year, he started off poor and then got injured, and then whatever happened he came back and looked like a different player the last 4-5 weeks. LVN always had his moments physically but I don't think he had a plan and counters until this year. Haf gets a ton of credit and with Micah? Yeah a rising tide floats all boats.quay and lvn look significantly better this year (so far). is that because they're nearing the end of their rookie deals and they're finally trying harder, or because of hafley's coaching and defensive play designs, or because of mica parsons, or a combination of all three?
