However, with all the emphasis to adding muscle mass, and even with advanced stretching and conditioning, the bulk puts a strain on every part of the body. and I don't think you can condition an ACL and you can only stretch a hammy so far before it pops.They don't eat enough red meat and drink enough beer

@ByRyanWood · 1m Matt LaFleur on his film review: "What's disappointing is when you go out there, and it's basic concepts -- doesn't matter what phase -- but basic install, Day 1 install, and we have self-inflicted communication errors and guys not in the right spot. That's tough to watch."

LaFleur said a big part of the problem on defense was communication and players being in the wrong spots at times. He said he's seen the players execute the same calls before and that's what was puzzling. Said coaches have to take blame for not making sure that was being done.
The plan is for Joe Barry to remain the defensive play-caller for the rest of the season.
