Well... with Adams gone not only do opposing DC have a lot more flexibility with coverages they can also commit more to stopping the run without fear of Adams...
The Packers have won the past seven games Adams has missed since the start of the 2019 season. Rodgers has thrown 19 touchdowns and only one interception. They have averaged 31.6 points in those games.

Winning a game here and there without Adams is one thing. Doing it consistently is a whole different ballgame. There was a reason he was the commanding the type of $$ he was.

Doing it seven times in a row is consistency. Let's give the odds of doing it once at 50%. Seven times in a row is .5^7 = 0.8% chance. Yes, I agree, Adams is a great WR. But I think there is truth to the belief that when Adams was playing, Rodgers did a very poor job looking for his other WRs (e.g., their last game).
 
Heard we signed Rasul. $7/year, with incentives up to $25/three years. Unconfirmed.
 
Packers sign Robert Tonyan to one year deal though does contain void year for cap purpose per reports.
