Aaron Rodgers confirmed today his right thumb has been broken since Week 5, when the injury happened on the last play in London.

Rodgers should have went on IR. But by now it should have started to heal pretty well

I can see Rodgers having problems throwing the ball with the thumb problem, but it doesn't excuse the late throws, or early throws. But it could effect him psychologically with the pain of taking the snaps, and making the throws.

Explains his loss of velocity also. Grip is probably difficult and the way he spins it

If it’s broken does he risk it healing badly and needing to rebroken later to heal properly?
