He called the initial injury “much more than an ACL” but maintained Bakhtiari will play again.

I also heard that new rule now for PUP is you start season on it is only 4 games not 6 you have to miss

Good points. I can't remember off the top of my head, it's been years, but a lot of knee docs will tell you the amount of pressure per square inch, even a 10 pound loss of weight, will have on a knee joint. Added weight is a real factor and the knees bear a large brunt of the weight gain.

Yep you see a ton of OL and DL drop tons of weight after they are done playing and never look like they did when they played

He has a scar tissue issue among other things, swelling, etc.

What bothers me most is the implication that even after the last procedure, he's having nominal swelling despite only doing light physical activity.
