If it’s true and they can’t get him to come around - trade him.

Hopefully this won't be true because then the personal reason is that ML probably told him take his attitude and go home he won't have that BS. If it is true and he does not fix this issue he has I could see GB trade him as they won't want a guy who thinks he deserves more then he has earned.
