Official Week 1 Green Bay vs Chicago Thread

Question for those knowledgeable of such things: How do the Bears get away with not listing Leonard Floyd or Ro Smith on the injury report? Floyd has two broken fingers and is wearing a club. Ro Smith has a hammy pull and has been limited in practices. Shouldn't that stuff be on there?

Thank you, but nothing in there suggests that either should be exempt from being listed. They both have injuries that affect performance, and can be listed as full participants. Why should they be left off altogether?
My guess is that if they are full participation it’s not included. Lot of grey area

21-17 Bears...

GB's starters haven't played together much, if at all. OL is shaky and a little banged up, rest of offense is slow and out of synch and haven't played hardly at all with Arod, who himself hasn't played much at all in a game situation since his injury.

GBs defense is slow and unsure with the new system and changes in personnel...

Gonna be a rough start to the season with all the changes in personnel and scheme. Not expecting much out of them till probably week 3 or 4. But not gonna put much into these first 2-3 games win or lose.

Mack will be a factor early, but then fade. His available snaps are limited and when they expand them, he becomes less of a factor. Bulaga can handle him.

Packers Offense, having seen two positive signs this preseason, will finally prove to be unmanageable for a talented Fangio defense to handle with man to man underneath.

Start slow, then pull away. Packers 29 Bears 17
