Yeah I see Dubose making as I think he can be a Lazard type WR has the build to block so comes down to Heath or Melton. Melton probably has a little more upside then Heath.I'd probably cut Heath and hope I could stash him on the practice squad. Dubose seems to have a little something that will be tapped down the road. Melton? He's a good 50/50 receiver, and as a 4th on the field, a good option for it.
agreed, but Clifford being 2nd year had a chance to show he was worthy of being on the squad - but Pratt was a bit better. They may still look for a veteran backup but I don't think Clifford will be in GB after Tuesday.Neither QB Pratt or Clifford shows me that if Love got hurt that either could do anything.
Clifford looked bad enough I doubt anyone claims him and GB could easily put him on the PS if they wanted toi would keep pratt and hope that nothing bad happens to love. if love is injured to the point that he is out for n extended period, maybe then you try to find a vet, but maybe not.
Heath blocks too and also has nfl game tape, blocking against NFL starters and making a handful of receiving plays. Personally I think both he and DuBose clear waivers and would make it to the PS if they wanted. Depth WR are a dime a dozen in the league.Yeah I see Dubose making as I think he can be a Lazard type WR has the build to block so comes down to Heath or Melton. Dubose faded at the end of camp... Heath finished strong both in practice and games so to me he earned the last spot. Melton could be a guy they trade.I'd probably cut Heath and hope I could stash him on the practice squad. Dubose seems to have a little something that will be tapped down the road. Melton?
