I thought Jordan Morgan was the best?Yeah, it wasn't like it was rocket science to have to figure that out

i agree, but i've read other folks here making some pretty disparaging remarks about him. i'm not naming any names because those people already know who they are. He's their best OL and it's not close, makes a big difference.
He's not as good as Bulaga but he's pretty good. Problem I think was that he was getting pro bowl or AP hype from a lot of fans a few years ago and he was never quite that good. That said he got injured against the 49ers in the 2023 playoff game and it absolutely turned that game on its head. He's important for them.i agree, but i've read other folks here making some pretty disparaging remarks about him. i'm not naming any names because those people already know who they are.
i don't think anyone here has proclaimed him the second coming of bulaga. even pff has him graded in the 70s, which in their system is really good, but not all-pro level. but i have read some comments here saying he isn't very good, he's overrated, he can't stop an edge rusher from getting to love, etc. and those comments just don't align with the facts. now, where i think there is a case to be made that the x post overstates things when they imply that the record without tom (1-5-1) is solely because of his absence. i mean, there were injuries to other starters during those weeks. love actually missed a couple of those games too. and of course the defense has pretty much sucked over the last several weeks with parsons and wyatt both gone. so i can't honestly say that the win-loss record without tom is solely because of his absence. but like you said he is our best ol, and it isn't close. He's not as good as Bulaga but he's pretty good. "During the December 20, 2025 game at Soldier Field, the Packers’ sideline heaters malfunctioned while the Bears’ remained operational, prompting commentary from Tom Brady and raising concerns about competitive equity. While the Packers' heaters were restored by the third quarter, the incident appeared to violate the NFL’s standard of equal access to sideline amenities."
