Official 2020 Week 8 Green Bay vs Vikings Thread

It’s Friday. K Mason Crosby (left calf/back) was present at practice. We will see what his status is when the injury report comes out. CB Kevin King (quad) and RB Aaron Jones (calf) did not participate.

They'll probably let King and Jones rest again this weekend. Should be able to handle the vikings much like the Texans

Aaron Jones calf is obviously not just tightness like they said. There has to be something else going on there.

A couple fluff games in a row, with an early bye week, ML probably just letting these guys get some extra heal up time
 
King is a guy I don't know what to do with. When healthy he's a great CB but he's injured so often. I don't know if he's worth offering a contract too.

Mason Crosby kicked inside the Hutson Center while the Packers practiced outside, but coach Matt LaFleur said he hasn't had a chance to talk with his kicker yet. "We'll wait it out and see how he feels tomorrow, and then we'll have to make a decision," LaFleur said. The Packers have K Nick Vogel, who worked out for them, waiting in the wings.
 
But only the Packers would be cheap ass enough to bring in a UDFA who has never kicked in the NFL before.
