I think it's just my opion to help schools use NIL deals to recurit top kids

Tax is a constitutional thing, you exempt one group any 1099 wants it too. Its basically changing an entire states tax structure

Austin area is exploding. My son just sold his house for 2.5 times what he paid up near Leander. It was a tech guy out of Cali. His whole neighborhood is that way. Selling like hotcakes.

I have one son between Georgetown and Liberty Hill, just North of Leander, and #2 lives in Cedar Park. Housing prices are just plain outrageous. What's even more amazing is the rental market.

Did your Son move out of the area? I love it there. In fact, will be there for a few months starting late in June.
