Love Boat Thread

However whether this matters of not.....AR didn't practice for quite awhile w the toe injury so Love took all the snaps w the number 1 Offense which should have gave the staff some feeling for evaluating him. Yes practice is way different then live game, but IF troubles in practice that would be one indicator....notice said IF no concrete facts there, so grain of sand....
 
Imo we need Love for sure right now. If Aaron goes down, we can't pay another veteran. We need a guy who's been in the system, and who's still on his rookie deal.

Aaron himself may or may not want him around, but it would make sense for sure to have him on deck.

If he's traded, it's because Aaron doesn't want him around. He's running the show now.

Can't have the kid with Mahomes-like measurables stepping in Aaron goes down. Kid might be ready by then.

To comp Mahomes measurables and Love is laughable. The reason you trade him now is he has some value. He’s on a rookie deal which can be absorbed and you have financial control for 2 years, low risk. If you wait 2 years you lose the control and he hits the market.

It has zero to do with what 12 wants in this case, he’s not a job threat
