Recent comps are tough because they are all running QBs and Love isn’t, but go look at the stats for Kyler Murray, Jalen Hurts and Daniel Jones and what they did before they all got paid. Love has been more productive than any of them. His comps now are Tua and Herbert, Herbert got $52m on average. Why shouldn’t Love look for that? His numbers this year are comparable to Herbert’s best. If it goes into next season and he continues to play this way that number is only going up.

I agree I go to Jordan Love say here is 5 years $250 $180 guaranteed.
 
Really should say it in only 16 games for Love because that 1st start in KC he was thrown to the wolves unprepared on a short week.
 
  • He is the 10th QB all time with 30 touchdown passes in his first season as a full-time starter.
  • He has 16 pass TD and one interception in his last seven games, while leading the NFL in EPA per dropback in that span.
