Early Bird GB Mock

Connor Lew is coming off ACL surgery but would've been a first rounder if healthy. Always interesting to see where those guys wind up going.
in the most recent mock that i did, he was still available into the early 4th round. i doubt he drops that far, but i could have taken him in the 3rd round.

Every mock I see on X it seems everyone thinks we need to take either a DT or that OL from Iowa. Most of them think we can wait to like round 5 or 6 for a CB. Did these people forget how bad our CB's were last year and we don't have one CB that is a CB1 or CB2 on this team.

Well, the extreme counter argument is 2017. GB needed a corner more than an OLB, so logically it made perfect sense to trade down out of the first and select a CB, plus you get an extra pick. Many here and elsewhere still complain about not selecting the best player available though.

No trades. This one fell a little different. No IOL available at 120 so took an OT who could be a solid swing tackle and maybe start after a year or two if Morgan doesn't pan out. Hemby at 158 was too good to pass up. Maybe Coogan can be a quality "Mr. Irrelevent".

I wouldn't mind Coogan, one bit. Would be a solid pick
