Green Bay's first-round pick continues to be a quick study, while one veteran player is outspoken in his analysis of the offense.
Today, the Green Bay Packers try to look forward to Sunday's game against the NFC North-leading Minnesota Vikings as they take the field for their first practice of the week. As they do so, they need to try to get their quarterback back in the right frame of mind and on the same page as his receivers, which has been a significant problem over the past few weeks.
On the other hand, a Packers rookie showed another example of why he was a great draft pick this spring, as he has been remarkably quick to learn from plays early on in a game or his career and has adjusted to make big plays later on that he missed earlier. Two games ago, it was an interception that gave the offense a great chance to take the lead, while this week he made a huge pass breakup to help stall a Detroit drive.
