Brett Favre has Parkinson's

I'll repeat what I've said many other times here...If the Packers masses are not going hold Leroy Bulter( HOF my ass) responsible for his actions which in my opinion were far worse than Favre then hold your tongues... you can't pick and choose.

Totally agree. Butler should have ended up serving time for the fraud he committed. This "hero worship" thing is pure crap. He's a POS, and should never have gone into the HOF, in my opinion.

But that doesn't excuse what Favre allegedly did. I'll wait until I hear all the evidence as presented, and see just what he has actually done. I'm not at all big on roadside justice, and never will be. He deserves his fair day in court.

That said, if he does have Parkinson's, it does not excuse him from culpability in the case as presented. There's no "pity me" provision in criminal law. Every time I see someone try to use that ploy, it makes me want to see them getting nailed even harder for their offense, if proven guilty.

It seems like there are two justices systems in the US. One for the rich and famous, and the one for the average person, that nails their ass to the wall for crimes far less heinous than those committed by the aforementioned. It's sad, but it keeps playing out way too often.

But, just my opinion.
