It’s possible there’s a clause that negates him from taking another job for 1-2 yrs or he forfeits it. Not unusual in coaches contracts, but I don’t know the exact language in Zims. sh))
 
“Most” successful HC’s these days are offense minded coaches.

Zim is defense.

Most if not all HC have offset clauses in their contract. I would bet the “settlement” or buyout addressed that
