Barclay ready for left tackle despite shaky start

There was nothing wrong with trying him at LT to see if he could handle it, if he had to go in during the season in the event of injuries with the starters. Being a RT, he was in no mans land at LT today. New position and had a bad day. Now they know. Plus I believe he is still in recovery from that knee injury. He will he backup at RT, pretty sure you dont see him back in that LT spot.
 
Problem for me, Scoremore, was he could have gotten Aaron hurt. He took a pretty hard hit on that safety. Should've put Bulaga at LT and Barclay at RT, imo.

On the plus side for Bahktiari, he just made a fortune when his contract is up. He should send Barclay a thank you card and a dozen roses. saywhat2)
