well, YOU are at such a high level that it would be hard for you to improve.
I was referring to comments by the Browns coaches that they are seeing improvement in Shedeur; what that ultimately means is open to debate!

Maybe a lot of charges will be reduced or dropped, but I remember when the Lions jumped GB and drafted this guy in Detroit, they were on cloud nine. What a shame.
