Jerry is going to get to point every agent is going to blackball him and direct his clients away from Dallas.

So could the offseason of 2027 be the year of the QB? Right now the following QB's can sign new deals as they are nearing the end of there contracts

Baker Mayfield last year of deal in 2026
Sam Darnold SB champ no guaranteed money left on deal
Bryce Young and CJ Stroud both are able to sign new deals as they are past there 3rd year
Drake Maye, Caleb Williams, Bo Nix after 2026 will be able to sign new deals.
Tua and Murray playing on one year deals if they play well could cash in.

Could see some huge deals next off-season that will likely be breaking Dak's $60 million a year mark.

Sounds like Bears are waiting to see if IL will pass proposed legislation that would freeze property tax on the Arlington Heights site. If that passes guessing they likely commit to that site. If it fails Bears move to Hammond IN. IL has until May 31st to pass it when the general assembly session ends.
