Pretty much saying Jerry screwed up. Had he done this in March before FA started he would have gotten a ton more offers when people had cap space and before the draft the offers for Parson would have beat what GB gave up.

That was the case with Dak and Ceedee as well. They could’ve signed Dak for $45m per year but Jerry wanted to play hard ball and wound up at $60

this is an article from a couple weeks ago. bland really fleeced jerry imho. he's not worthy of $23m/yr. he did have an "all-pro" year in 2023, but he's a 5th round draft pick who had one great year.
