Saw a post of early talk of salary cap in MLB with a cap ceiling of $260-280 million which is still to high as only 4 teams in all of MLB were over $260 and a cap floor of $140-$160 million is to high also. half the league was under $160 million you won't get 15 owners to agree to spend that much.
More agreeable $200 million ceiling 9 teams cut payroll $120 million floor 9 teams have to increase payroll based off last season.
