Eagles don't get the picks the team he leaves (TB) getst them.
Brandon Staley gets a C grade from me.... Chargers could have done better.
Urb hire gets a B only because it will sell tickets but he'll retire in 3 seasons and leave them hanging.
Atlanta's hire is C- D+ but that's not really a surprise from that front office. Wasn't a great job.
Jet's get an A for Saleh, he'll change the culture there and make them respectable.
Lions and Campbell is a C grade but I will be shocked if he does more than make them a 9-7 team.
So far other than the Jets no big difference-makers hired.

Eric Bieniemy brings Mike Kafka with him..... they 100% fix Wentz with the style of offense they run.

Yeah just the team losing the guy which makes no sense why the team losing the guy should get a draft pick instead of the team signing the guy. Were is the incentive to hire a minority if the team losing the guy gets the pick instead.
