It depends on how the defense is playing the Bucks. Middleton could be the guy the Bucks need to step up just as much as Holiday, under certain circumstances, and based on the defenders that are on Holiday.

All three need to play at their best, and they need two more out of the next six to step up as well, on the boards, and scoring.

The offense runs thru Holiday. It’s beyond just points. When Hill or Carter are at the point the flow and continuity is just lacking. Same on defense. He’s the only guy who can literally guard 1-4 on defense.

Could lead to the worst possible matchup in 1st round for MKE if Nets get 7 seed and win the play in game they face MKE.

Guess this is wrong from what I read If Philly and Boston both win Boston wins division which means Philly is thrown out of the 3 way tie-breaker going to 2 way tie breaker between Boston and MKE. Boston is 2 seed and MKE the 3 seed.
 
Boston wins so Bucks are 3 seed and will play Chicago in 1st round.

Looks like the Bucks did everything they could to avoid potentially playing the Nets in the first round. Now all their starters will have over a weeks worth of rest . .

I have mixed feelings about this. I am fine with resting the guys, they were a bit banged up. On the flip side of the playoffs go chalk and 1 plays 4 and 2 plays 3 in the semis you lose home court in the second round. I guess it depends how you view Boston without Williams which probably factored into it
 
To be honest, I think they were trying to avoid the possibility of an injury to any of their key players, nothing else. Play has gotten rough, and the hard T-1 foul against Allen, as well as the physicality against Giannis recently without fouls being called, has to be a concern for Bud, and the Bucks.

Let's hope the officials don't swallow their whistles at the wrong time in the playoffs. It's not supposed to be preseason football.
