His injury clouds his future IMO.
Then add in the Packers cap situation, now and for the next 2-3 years, and it makes it hard to predict Jaire’s future in GB.

It will all depend on how Stokes progresses this year. If he takes another jump and Rasul continues to play well, Jaire may be expendable, especially if he wants a ton of money.
 
I am not very worried on Alexander it's a shoulder not a knee so not like he will risk losing his speed.
 
Yeah and you can't say pass on every player to extend when he gets hurt.

There’s a football side and a business side to every situation.
Maybe they will sign Jaire to an extension.
But you can’t say it’s a slam dunk that they have to.
Too many parts to the equation.
Can’t just look at it with green&golds on.

We talked a lot about the injury when it happened and either an aggressive or conservative approach about getting it fixed. We will see if the approach worked and keeps him off the training table. I'm hesitant and worry that it could become chronic. Yes, he's a cover corner but it may stick in the back of his mind when he's thinking about sticking a tackle.
