Packers 2022 Thread

Who knows. Hell you were advocating for Parker who has a catch rate of less than 60%. Let it play out
I think Parker could be a Ok #3 but after draft seems most guys cut are back end of roster guys.

Do not trade any draft picks. Keep them and draft younger talent that will also help with the salary cap in the next few years. No way can we afford giving up a ton of picks and pay a high salary now to. Roll with what we have plus what we get in the draft and we will be fine. Can pick up a quality vet or 2 after the draft to if needed.

I'd trade draft picks, but it has to be for good value. Look at the Amari Copper trade. Cleveland got him for a 5th and swap of 6ths. Now, Copper isn't all that great, but that's good value because he's relatively young and productive. Find me a deal like that and I'm all in - assuming the player fits somewhat and there aren't CAP issues.

And . . . of course I'm always ready for Gute to trade that 3rd round pick, considering he's never gotten anything done in that round. ;)

You say this the year after GB signed Devondre Campbell in June
Yeah and Campbell was not thought of much when he signed he was an after thought by most. Name me people who thought Campbell was a big time signing

Cooper was more of a here is a pick we wll take the contract trade. Dallas needed cap space and he was going to be cut if a team did not take his contract.
