Official Game 6 Green Bay vs Chicago Thread

Not sure if there’s some kind of disconnect with him and QB’s, or if he’s just in over his head?

Bears shouldn't score more than 10... can the Packers score more than 10?

GB has played a murderers row of QBs who can only be described as statues. Haven't played a mobile QB yet. Fields could give the Bears more opportunities to move the ball if they catch GB off guard with some designed runs and movement, and combine that with our historically poor redzone performance on D, could be trouble.

Wow, ton of late money came in on GB. Spread went from -4 to -6.

GB wins the game no doubt, 38 -17 BUT their defense hits and hard. Watch the injuries in this one on that crappy field. With some better opponents on tap going in shorthanded would not be ideal at all.

This is a concern to me as well. I know Fields hasn't been tearing it up, and might be a bit dinged up, so I'm not sure how much damage he can do, but a mobile, athletic QB always worries me. Will Nagy do what you say, maybe feature him a bit more? Could be trouble but I'm gonna have faith that Barry won't get caught off guard.

Their main plan will be what they've been doing, which is run the ball and try to hit some deep shots to Mooney down the field. But some successful designed runs for Fields could throw off the D. I don't know, I don't have a great feel for this defense yet. My gut/eyeball test says they are getting much better ILB play than recent years, and generally limiting big plays, which bodes well for them. Red zone D has been an absolute nightmare, I wonder if they're being too passive with their coverage and pass rush?

@Mark87 can speak to the scheme better than I but it's been frustrating to watch in the red zone. Seems way too passive with coverage and rush. That's just my untrained eye though.
