Since he has not asked yet and has been vocal that he is not asking for an out, I am a bit surprised he has not asked yet if he’s that intent on moving

Yeah I wonder if he's in turmoil about if he wants to go or not.
 
I could see Simmons and Lillard but start year on teams they are now and moved at trade deadline.

Depends where you are in the standings. If your winning why disrupt chemistry. You still have the same obstacles as you do now. Most deadline deals are similar to getting Tucker. Salary dumps

Now if Simmons is adamant he what’s out Philadelphia is really behind a rock and a hard place. Chances that they leave? Simmons 40%. Lillard 10%

Thing is Philly won't just trade Simmons because he wants out deal has to get them something back they like

I agree but if Philly is say in 4th or 5th place in the East do you make a move?
